About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our team. This role reports to the Regional General Manager, along with support from a national sales team. This role is all about getting out into the market, connecting with customers, and helping grow our presence across the region.

You'll be promoting our full range of concrete solutions while supporting the delivery of sales targets and helping ensure our customers receive great service and value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Visiting customers regularly to maintain and grow relationships.
• Identifying new business opportunities across residential and commercial sectors.
• Promoting READY solutions such as READY Colour, Superslab, Polish, and more.
• Supporting the Regional General Manager with sales activity and reporting.
• Responding to pricing enquiries and assisting with product recommendations.
• Attending site visits, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Working closely with contractors, installers, and suppliers.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in sales, ideally in construction, building materials, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A hands-on, customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
