All HWR employers are able to enjoy the benefits of being part of the Southern Cross Healthcare group scheme while employed by HWR Group or one of its group companies.  Some of the benefits include reduced premiums, reduced stand down period for claiming, cover for qualifying pre-existing conditions with some plans after a stand down period, bypass public hospital waiting lists for specialists and surgery, children are one rate until 21 years old and if you have more than two children the rest are free.

All HWR employees or employees of group companies are offered free annual health checks.
