Transport World is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Catering and Front of House Supervisor to join our team.

From exciting events and functions to the day-to-day buzz of The Grille, you'll enjoy a role that offers plenty of variety, great people and the opportunity to put your hospitality experience to good use.

About the role

You'll play a key part in bringing our events and hospitality experiences to life, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every guest feels welcome.

Working alongside our kitchen, events and wider Transport World teams, you'll take ownership of front-of-house and catering service, help coordinate event set-ups and deliver the high standards our guests expect.

This is a hands-on position where you'll be right in the action, supporting your team, solving problems and making sure every occasion is a success.

What we're looking for

We're after someone who knows hospitality, enjoys working with people and brings a positive, practical approach to getting things done.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in hospitality, catering or front-of-house operations
• A current Duty Manager's Certificate - essential
• Confidence in leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep things running smoothly under pressure
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for hospitality
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves, take initiative and support your team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
