SouthRoads is looking for an experienced Mobile Crusher Operator to join our growing team based in Southland.

About the Role

You'll operate our mobile crushing and screening plant across a variety of sites throughout Southland. Working alongside a skilled and experienced team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality aggregate products while ensuring plant is operated safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating mobile crushing and screening plant
• Monitoring production and material quality
• Supporting safe and productive site operations
• Working across quarry, extraction, and cleanfill sites as required
• Maintaining equipment to a high standard
• Contributing to a positive team culture and strong safety focus

What You'll Bring

• Experience operating mobile crushing and screening equipment
• Class 2 licence
• W, T, R endorsements preferred
• Experience operating loaders, excavators, or other heavy machinery
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical awareness
• A can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
