An exciting opportunity has arisen in our New Plymouth Plant for a Plant Supervisor.

Allied Concrete is prepared to invest time and training in a candidate with the right attitude.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and be competent in managing a concrete plant. Critical to the success of the role will be the ability and desire to achieve efficiencies in both production and fleet management.

This position is suited to a candidate who:

• Can demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and manage staff

• Is committed to exceptional health and safety and environmental standards

• Has an outstanding customer, service and quality focus

• Has an understanding of financial and operational budgets

• Displays excellent communication skills both written and oral

• Is flexible in their working hours

Allied Concrete has a rigorous drug and alcohol policy and all candidates would need to pass a drug test prior to employment.

This role reports directly to the Taranaki Area Manager.
