Waste Operations Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has become available for a hands-on Waste Operations Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily operations, drivers, dispatching, and customer service activities.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating operations, supporting drivers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. A strong focus on workplace health, safety, wellbeing, and customer service is essential. Flexibility with working hours is required, including early morning starts and the occasional Saturday.

  • A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating daily operations
  • A reliable and punctual team player with a strong commitment to safety
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility with working hours, including early morning starts
  • Experience in transport, logistics, waste, or fleet management is advantageous
