We're currently looking for an experienced Site Works Foreperson to join our Mosgiel-based team.

This hands-on leadership role is suited to people who lead from the front, take pride in quality outcomes, and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll be supporting projects across Dunedin, with occasional work in the Clutha and Waitaki districts (yes, we'll help with directions).

What we're looking for:

You'll bring proven experience in Site Works, ideally in a foreperson role. You're confident leading and motivating teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification. You have solid technical knowledge across civil works, including site preparation and concrete works, and you're comfortable reading and interpreting plans and specifications.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with crews, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. You're practical, solution-focused, and adaptable when site conditions change, with a clear commitment to health and safety and setting the right standard on site. The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test is required.
