What you'll do

  • Manage your own portfolio of established customers
  • Build strong relationships over phone & email
  • Grow revenue through smart conversations and great service
  • Support field-based Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to boost customer experience
  • Use CRM tools to plan outreach, run campaigns, and track activity
  • Contribute to a high-performance, high-support team environment
