As Head of Visitor Experience & Retail, you will lead all retail operations and visitor engagement across our collections . Your focus? Delivering a consistently exceptional visitor experience while driving strong commercial performance.

You will set the standard across admissions, retail spaces and visitor interactions ensuring every guest feels welcomed, every retail space reflects our brand, and every opportunity to grow revenue is maximised.

What You Will Own

You will bring strategic direction and operational leadership to retail and visitor engagement, balancing customer experience with commercial results.

You will:

• Elevate visitor satisfaction and repeat visitation
• Drive retail performance through smart merchandising and stock control
• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Strengthen admissions, participation and profitability
• Introduce fresh ideas, initiatives and improvements alongside your team
