Mosgiel-based | Two Opportunities Available

We're currently looking to fill two roles - an experienced Site Works Foreperson and an experienced Civil Foreperson - to join our Mosgiel-based team.

These are hands-on leadership roles suited to people who lead from the front, take pride in quality outcomes, and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll be supporting projects across Dunedin, with occasional work in the Clutha and Waitaki districts (yes, we'll help with directions).

What we're looking for:

You'll bring proven experience in civil construction or site works, ideally in a foreperson or senior supervisory role. You're confident leading and motivating teams, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification. You have solid technical knowledge across civil works, including site preparation and concrete works, and you're comfortable reading and interpreting plans and specifications.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with crews, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. You're practical, solution-focused, and adaptable when site conditions change, with a clear commitment to health and safety and setting the right standard on site. The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test is required.
