The Role

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Contract Manager to join our Mosgiel-based team. In this pivotal role, you'll:

• Lead forward planning, programming, and resource coordination
• Ensure safe, efficient project delivery
• Support the Divisional Manager in managing and delivering diverse civil projects

What You'll Bring

• Approachable, well-organised, and professionally presented
• Skilled in time management and team leadership
• Confident in client liaison and stakeholder engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, quotations, and job programmes
• Set and communicate production targets
• Develop Safety, Quality, and Environmental management plans
• Manage subcontract agreements and site safety
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold our reputation
