Allied Petroleum specialises in delivering fuel to contractors, and commercial customers, in which we always pride ourselves on working safely and with the utmost professionalism.

We are seeking a Class 4 Driver to join our team in Christchurch to deliver excellent service within our DMR/Commercial fleet.

You must have a minimum of class 4 licence with 2/3 years' experience, take pride in personal presentation and your equipment. As we work in a safety sensitive role, you will always need to be vigilant in following our standard operating procedures and adhering to our safety rules and policies.

The successful applicant would be required to undertake the following tasks on a day-to-day basis, but are not limited to:

• Maintain regular communication with Fleet Operations
• Understand and follow APL SAFED defensive driving principles
• Ensure trucks and tankers are kept clean and tidy to set standards;
• Follow set procedures for pre-shift checks, loading, driving, and unloading
• Be a team player!

We require our drivers to be customer focused to ensure our customers always have fuel. Full fuel industry training will be provided to the successful applicant, but previous fuel experience will be an advantage.
