Your new role:

As our Brand and Marketing Manager, you'll step into a dynamic position where your creativity and strategic vision will shape the way we connect with our customers. Reporting directly to our General Manager, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and executing marketing and communication strategies that elevate our brand and deepen engagement across all touchpoints.

You will enjoy days filled with:

Immersing yourself in the Allied Petroleum brand and bringing it to life for our target audiences, measuring and enhancing the impact of our communications to ensure we're hitting the mark, collaborating closely with our passionate team including the General Manager and National Sales Manager to drive innovative marketing strategies, leading the charge in creating captivating content across various channels and platforms.

Your excellent communication skills will assist with providing clear and inspiring briefs that spark creativity and bring ideas to fruition, while your keen eye will aid in identifying exciting new opportunities and channels to amplify our message and reach new audiences. You'll keep your finger on the pulse of communication trends to ensure our strategies remain fresh and relevant, develop and maintaining strategic messaging that resonates with our audience, and take the lead on coordinating strategic events that leave a lasting impression.

What you bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success
  • A knack for designing and executing marketing strategies that make waves in the commercial sector
  • Strong creative flair, coupled with strategic thinking and analytical prowess
  • Experience managing budgets for marketing and communications initiatives like a pro
  • A talent for crafting compelling press releases, delivering captivating presentations, and navigating media relations with finesse
  • Proficiency in word processing and presentation tools to bring your ideas to life
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat, all while delivering top-notch quality on time
  • A keen business sense, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer behaviour
  • A knack for building and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally, with diverse groups of people
