An exciting opportunity exists for an HR generalist to join HWR's People Team. As our Group HR Manager, you will be highly proficient and proactive in providing HR advice and coaching to our companies across all stages of the employee life cycle. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment initiatives and strategies, as well as assisting in the development and implementation of people initiatives. This role is supported by a small HR team of passionate individuals.
We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and get on with the work. People management experience is an advantage and a sound practical knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation is essential. You must also have a great sense of humour, be comfortable with a fast paced and changing environment and be a team player. Ability to work legally within NZ and have a class 1 Drivers licence is also essential.
