As our Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in the retail shop. You are the first and last person to make an impression on visitors - this is what they will remember us by. You will manage sales, help customers with enquiries, welcome groups to our store, always with a smile on your face and ensure that our guests leave completely satisfied.

We are looking for a warm, engaging, and upbeat individual for this role. You have an ability to relate to others, build rapport quickly and create an environment of fun. You also need to be well organised with strong retail skills and prior retail sales experience including cash handling and meeting store targets.

You will be joining a great team with a lively culture during a time of growth and innovation.

Hours are Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm.
