SouthRoads is a long-established Southland based company and part of the HW Richardson Group of companies. The company completes a broad range of Road Maintenance and Construction activities throughout the Southland and Otago area.

We are looking for a Junior Contracts Manager to join our Invercargill team on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.

You will be a seasoned Senior Administrator or an aspiring Contract Manager looking to develop your career in the Civil Engineering Industry. If you have exposure in a Local Government environment or commercial environment with experience in Road Maintenance this would be incredibly advantageous.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager your primary responsibility will be to provide high quality administration support to our Road Maintenance and Townships facilities activities. This position will focus on providing support to our Alliance Management Team, as well as providing outstanding customer service to all our external stakeholders.

Your tasks will include day-to-day office administration, contract support, data entry, risk management administration and report writing aswell as providing support to the wider Alliance Management Team.

You will have great attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills and effective communication skills. You embrace change and flexible in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. Most importantly is your enthusiasm to go the extra mile for our clients which defines us.
