About the Role

If you're considering your next career move, this is an opportunity worth exploring. Allied Petroleum is looking for a Fuel Scheduler to join our Auckland or Whangarei team. In this role, you will:

• Maximise delivery efficiency by planning and scheduling fleet and staff availability
• Ensure customer demand is met through effective route and delivery management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, team members and drivers
• Produce accurate, timely reporting that supports internal and external delivery KPIs

As we operate 24/7, 365 days a year, this position works within a rotating roster.

About You

You'll ideally come from a transport or fuel industry background, with scheduling experience being a strong advantage. You are methodical, detail-focused and able to stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment. You will also bring:

• Confident computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
• A strong customer service mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships
• A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility with your working hours

You'll enjoy being part of a busy, supportive team and contributing to smooth, well-coordinated operations.
