NZIC, part of the HWR Group, is recruiting a high‑calibre Supply Chain Lead to take ownership of our end‑to‑end cement supply chain across New Zealand. This is an exciting role with real influence, complexity, and visibility.

Your role:

You'll run forecasting and Sales and Operations Planning, coordinate ship scheduling and vessel unloads, maintain stock accuracy, drive supplier performance, and champion H&S excellence across high‑risk industrial environments.

This is a high‑trust position where your expertise sets the standard for reliability and performance nationwide.

• Experience in industrial supply chains, logistics, or import/export
• Strong capability in forecasting, data analysis, and cost evaluation
