The Grille is the hospitality hub of Bill Richardson Transport World, catering for everything from daily cafe service to large scale events, functions and special occasions. No two days are the same, with great food at the heart of every event.

We have an exciting opportunity to become a part of the team at Bill Richardson Transport World.

You will be required to:

Prepare and deliver high-quality food across cafe services, events and functions. Work closely with our Food and Beverage team to bring each occasion to life. Thrive in a busy kitchen where no two days are the same.

You will have the following but not limited to:

• Passionate about Southland cuisine, using your creative flair and vision to showcase this food
• Flexible with hours over a seven day roster, days and nighted included
• Hands-on with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• You will help to create a fun, safe and supportive work environment in the kitchen
• Experience in previous chef roles essential
