Thanks to significant growth across our earthworks and aggregates operations, SouthRoads is looking for experienced operators to fill multiple vacancies across our business.

We're seeking:

• Loader Operators
• Excavator Operators
• Dozer Operators
• ADT Operators
• Aggregate Wash Plant Operators

Whether you're a seasoned operator or have transferable skills and a strong machinery background, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Working on earthworks, extraction, and quarry sites
• Completing both independent and team-based work
• Maintaining equipment to a high standard
• Contributing to safe, productive worksites
• Taking pride in the quality of your work and the gear you operate

What You'll Bring:

• Class 2 licence minimum
• WTR endorsement preferred (but not essential)
• Experience operating heavy machinery or transferable skills from a similar industry
• A strong commitment to safety and responsible equipment operation
• Initiative, reliability, and a willingness to get stuck in
• A practical, can-do attitude
