An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concrete Batcher/Dispatcher to join our team in Christchurch.

In this role, you will work closely with the Plant Manager.

You will be responsible for the quality and timely production of ReadyMix Concrete with duties including taking and tracking orders, scheduling deliveries, accurately batching quality concrete, managing raw materials, environmental compliance and quality control matters and procedures.

Previous industry experience may be an advantage however it is not essential as full on the job training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills.

To be considered for this role you will be some who has:

• the ability to precisely follow a production process, with attention to detail
• the ability to prioritise, remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• intermediate computer skills, with experience in basic computer software packages.
• a strong customer service focus
• good communication skills are also essential so that you can communicate well with your colleagues and our customers.
• Safety must be front of mind for you.
